About
An implementation company, not an AI opinion.
AI Automated Solutions builds AI agents, WhatsApp automation, CRM and workflow automation, voice agents, lead management and appointment booking. Founded by Evert Vorster and headquartered in Cape Town, South Africa. This site is the Zimbabwe branch, serving clients across Zimbabwe.
Who
Evert Vorster, founder and CEO. Evert started AI Automated Solutions to close the gap between the abundance of AI tools and the shortage of people who can make them run reliably inside a real business: with approval rules, with clean data, with someone to call when it breaks. He writes the guides on this site and is the person on the first call.
The company's operating pattern is the same everywhere it works: find the trigger, design the actions and the approvals, build on the client's own accounts, run and improve monthly. In South Africa that means POPIA; in Zimbabwe it means the Cyber and Data Protection Act, ZIMRA's fiscalisation rules, WhatsApp bundles and two currencies. The pattern holds; the details change, and this site is where the Zimbabwe details live.
Where
Headquarters: Cape Town, South Africa. Delivery to Zimbabwean clients is remote by default, with visits arranged per project. We do not publish a Zimbabwe street address, and we will not until we have one to publish.

Related company
Eigenstate Systems is a related company under the same founder, working in physical intelligence: computer vision, mine security and intake screening, asset tracking, IoT and industrial systems. Where a Zimbabwean project needs cameras, sensors or industrial integration rather than messaging and workflow, that is where it goes.
Transparency: the network
AI Automated Solutions also publishes a set of Zimbabwe-focused sites, each with one job: zimbabweai.co.zw (research and the State of AI in Zimbabwe), businessai.co.zw (what SMEs should automate first, with an ROI calculator), aiagent.co.zw (what AI agents are and when to use them), aiservices.co.zw, aiharare.co.zw, enterpriseai.co.zw, zimiai.co.zw and the Zvino product brand. They are editorially separate from this commercial site and we say so on each of them. We keep cross-links to a minimum (the two in the footer) and use them only where they help a reader.
What we will not claim
- Named Zimbabwean clients or results we cannot show you on a call with the client's permission.
- Certifications we do not hold.
- A Zimbabwe office we do not have.
- Package prices that ignore the drivers on the pricing page.
Next step
Scope it before you book it
Fill in the scoping worksheet (five minutes, no sign-up). It produces a summary you can paste into WhatsApp or email, so the first call starts with the actual work.
